This group will meet weekly for 6 weeks and is designed for those seeking a safe community to discuss their own personal struggles and to meet others who have walked similar paths. There are 6 spots available in this group which allows for each group member to be fully seen and heard.

Taking Root Group

This structured topical group will meet for 8 weeks. The group is limited to 6 participants and will have different topics each week to discuss such as: the effects of betrayal trauma, what addiction does to your brain, formal therapeutic disclosures, self-care and why it's so important and gain tools towards your next steps in your own healing journey.
